My recent stay was an exceptional experience, marked by outstanding customer service from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed, which set a great tone for my visit. Upon entering my room, I found it to be immaculate, spacious, and very well maintained. When I noticed that the refrigerator wasn't working, I contacted the front desk. To my surprise, within less than 10 minutes, someone was at my door with a replacement. The promptness and efficiency of the staff truly stood out and made my stay all the more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and attention to detail.

Easy to get to and very quiet. Room very clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good. The only problem I have is that I would have to pay $200 security deposit if I paid in cash which I wanted to do. So I used a credit card. The man who registered me posted $10 more than the actual amount to my card which I did not know until I received a printout upon checking out. Then later in the day, yesterday an additional $10 was posted to my card. I'm going to assume this was a mistake and going to the bank to get it corrected.

The room was nice and spacious. It was very clean. The breakfast was good which is one of the things I look for when booking a hotel. There were waffles, eggs, sausage and hashbrowns. There was also a good variety of dry cereals. There were some pastries and instant oatmeal, cooked eggs and yogurt. However, there wasn't any fruit offered but there was plenty of other items to choose from,

Beautiful hotel! Very clean, awesome breakfast, large room and great location. Lobby was beautiful and very clean and so was the parking lot. The hotel manager Norma met us at the door with a smile and ready to help us with any thing we needed. At breakfast Norma came to our table to see how our night was and ask if we needed anything. Honestly this made made us feel so good. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

The young lady who greeted us at the front desk at 1:00 a.m. was so friendly and kind. She went out of her way to make sure we were checked in and helped keep an eye on me while I unloaded my bags from my vehicle. She was so sweet and nice and just amazing even at that time of the night. Regarding the lighting it was great. I just prefer soft yellow lighting in my room

The staff is exceptional; they treated us like family, we had such a great time, and they are beyond accommodating with their guests. The lobby, rooms, and amenities are very clean; our room was great, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The location is fantastic; you're right by Downtown, HEB, Walmart, and numerous restaurants.

The size of our room was wonderful. Having 2 queens and a couch, along with the efficiency made it worth every penny, and then some. The water pressure was great, the restroom was clean and big enough. The mattresses were the best! The young lady behind the desk was efficient and friendly.

Loved the big rooms and extremely comfortable beds. Everything was clean from the room, to the hallways to the entryway and breakfast area.
